Review on PathPoint by Jay Lee

The team was great from day 1! They were willing & ready for anything we threw at them - they are always available when you need help or an extra set of eyes over something in your system- no matter how complicated it is!! My favorite thing about our partnership has been their amazing work ethic (allowing us remote access!) which helps drive productivity every single week.- There isn't much I dislike so far other than having less data points/features compared to what my competition offers but thats just normal operating costs / overhead vs paying consultants more money :) We love being able solve problems quickly as well as getting insight into areas needing improvement without spending hours digging through historical reports ourselves by using this tool instead! I love how easy it is for our team members who are not tech savvy at all! The customer service from pathpoint has been amazing so far as well!! Nothing really but great experience overall. Would recommend this product if you're looking into any type of POS software or just need some help in getting started up when your first trying out new products like us haha :).
