I wish I had bought it sooner
The screw cap that came with my Kitchen Aid mixer never held the bowl in place when I was kneading heavier doughs. It was so frustrating when it fell off the screw cap, spilled the batter all over the place and added some pretty good tunes to my mixer. This new screw cap works great. My only regret is not checking it out sooner.
