Garbage! Electronics best in Computers & Accessories

Don't waste time! This is the second relay I've tried with the same problem, one CANNOT connect to mobile! The app is useless and the documentation is in Chinese! I am NOT Chinese, if the stupid Chinese want to sell the product outside of China, please provide the documentation in ENGLISH! Then provide an app that WORKS!
