I've never waxed before but I'm tired of trying the costly shaving hair removal products they suck in there but I have used it the same day i got this one and it's great i was skeptical because i've read horror stories about people who have used products from revain and either the hair didn't fall out or the product burned it or that Wax has crumbled or broken slightly when trying to remove it from the skin, but this product works not only as a heating pad but also as a wax. I wish it had cleanser before and after the wax, but I just used rubbing alcohol before and after applying the aloe. Watching a video or two is recommended as it doesn't really show how to apply the wax or how to use a warmer and bag of wax balls. . Overall very happy with the purchase, excellent value for money.
