Here's what I like about my new EKG tracker: It's much smaller and sleeker than my expensive fitness watch (which I've had for a year now). I love that my new EKG tracker actually measures my blood pressure, which is very important at my age (52). This seems pretty accurate when I compare the readings to the regular blood pressure monitor we have. But of course I have to sit down, roll up my sleeve, etc. It's great to just use the app on my phone for a quick check. This will force me to check more often and pay more attention to how I breathe, exercise more and drink lots of water. Setup, including downloading the app, took less than 15 minutes. I don't wear it at night because I can't wear anything to sleep, so I can't comment on the sleep tracker. But I don't have any sleeping problems. Charging the ECG activity tracker is very easy and fast: just remove the plastic wristband on one end of the device and plug it into a USB socket. It's fast too, just a few hours when you get it and then about a day later. It's very light and I love the purple stripe. You can record steps and other exercises, as well as calorie consumption. It also easily connects to your phone. And I just discovered that it can also detect the oxygen in your blood! What a wonderful and inexpensive wellness tool. Highly recommended.
