Great alternative to bubble, belt and hand bottles

I bought this product as I didn't want to use a bubble hydration pack and with a few other hydration systems (Nathan Triangle, Insulated Hip Pack, Angled Holster Hip Pack and Quickdraw plus handheld). Carrying a portable bottle became an issue after 5 or 6 miles, and the waist pack twisted around my waist as I ran. This backpack sits slightly higher on the back than the hydration bladder system. Once you get used to the position of the backpack, you don't even notice it anymore. Removing and inserting the bottle is very easy and the bottle stays in place surprisingly well. The only time it fell out of the quiver was when I quickly pulled out my backpack. Pockets on the front of the shoulder straps are easy to access and perfectly sized for storing gel packs (or peanut butter packs). The large back pocket has a key loop and room for a cell phone and a pair of gloves. I found two small flaws, both related to the bottle. Although the cork appears to be in place, I had it leak a little during operation. I may try a different bottle if the problem persists. 2) The cork also cannot be removed for cleaning like Nathan bottles. It would be a good idea to give the stopper a good cleaning (e.g. with bleach) from time to time to remove bacteria. I think it's perfect for distances up to 15 miles. For a little longer I would use the double barrel model. Don't let the high price put you off, this is a great set!
