This is a good, well-made tool considering it's mass-produced. If I needed another tool like this, I would definitely buy another one. is that different heads should be "soft" and "hard" but I honestly can't tell which side is hard and which is soft because both sides are pretty hard although they didn't dent or ruin it a hammer. I have a hammer for the Metro shelves so I can detach, rearrange and then reattach the shelves and it does the job perfectly! The weight of the hammer is also good as it only takes a few hits and the shelf is unlocked, and then a few hits and the shelf is locked again.
