I bought this keyboard after buying a cheaper keyboard cover along with a MacBook Air sleeve a few months ago. I never thought I would ever use a keyboard case, but after remembering what happened to my other MacBook, as well as my desire to keep my new MacBook Air as safe as possible, I started making it to use, and that was great! Fast forward a few weeks and realize that my old keyboard cover left a few "slippery" spots on the keys and generally just fell apart and looked ripped. Did some research, stumbled across this case and took a chance! It took a day or two to get used to the product, but other than that it was a serviceable keyboard case. It's not as "transparent" as it seems, and there's a noticeable difference between the closed buttons and the fingerprint identification button, but can this be avoided? Probably no. The lid also stayed in place considering how often I open and close my MacBook. Mine seems to attract a bit of dust, but five seconds to remove it isn't much of an issue. Was also shipped safe and sound.
