Not the best quality.

The leather cover is soft and scratches easily. The steno pad fits nicely in the slot. I like the flaps for carrying papers, cards. The pen holder sticks out a bit far from the side. It would be better if it was inside the fold of the cover. If I am writing on several pages, flipping them over the top is awkward.

Very disappointed it was not red as pictured.
