The hanger for this bag is sewn into the top of this area and feels secure although it folds over halfway through the seam when hanging as if sewn on from the wrong side. Next are 2 detachable pockets that zip and unzip. The upper pocket is about the size of a pencil case, has a zip all around and is ventilated from below. The lower pocket is evening clutch sized, zips around the perimeter and has 2 zipped compartments inside! It has a handle for easy carrying. I would use this section to go to the bathroom to brush my teeth, apply eye drops, or anything else that often happens during the day while traveling. Both detachable pockets are a little wrinkled. Can't tell if it's because there's nothing to fill the empty space or because the zippers are a bit loose. There is also a zipper at the bottom so you can put things away. The material is some sort of polyester with a medium quality textured plastic lining. It doesn't stretch, but is probably easy to keep clean as it's a medium to dark mottled gray color. WindTook packed this item in a plastic bag, so it is not prepared as a gift. It has a poorly written but attractive label that informs the consumer how to access customer service if needed. I don't think this will be necessary but you can get a coupon code for an extra item from them as they offer that too 👍
