To be clear, I cannot rate this product as it was sent to me damaged and defective. I can understand the lack of attention from this company to ensure this product is delivered in good condition, defects and damage were obvious. I was really looking forward to this little bag. After being fully vaccinated I wanted to use it on the go to hold my essentials like hand sanitizer, my phone, a small wallet etc. Imagine my surprise when I pulled the package out of the factory sealed bag with a dangling strap. there. One side was fine, the other wasn't even sewn. Upon closer inspection, the bag looked faded and worn. I think what bothers me the most is the apparent lack of care in shipping this bag. I can't fault anything about the product itself. Didn't get a chance to use it as it came back the next day. But when I explained to the support rep what was wrong, used a faded bag, unattached strap, I didn't get an apology, just a kind of blunted response. I can say that if I don't care about making sure I get a good new product, it really doesn't make the company that great. I hope someone who has this bag has better luck with it than me. All I can say is that I was disappointed and went to another company for a cute little bag.
