Good features: good for grip training compact design Bad features: very loud noise doesn't seem sure ball and rod will not get out of grip The Bottom Line: This golf trainer Asyxstar is interesting . The way this works is that you swing hard and the ball and part of the bar comes out. It's spring-loaded, so it's very noisy when it snaps back into place. The design of the swing trainer also doesn't give me confidence that the ball and bar just won't get out of hand. In general, I would just stick with a swing trainer without a spring-loaded design.
