I'm a big proponent of using BT devices while driving to keep my hands free. I've spent a lot (over $2,000 on Bluetooth devices over the last 15 years. That $135 is probably the worst! Firstly, I only use BT devices that offer earhooks. Why? Because all the other $150 Dropped bucks bose model 6 times in less than 3 hours before being stepped on and pushed in. It fell out of my ear like this if I don't use the hook for minutes my right ear hurts from the pressure of the ear hook. For a few hours the back of my ear has been red it hurts and hurts a lot.It can hang on my ear but it wants to.It doesn't fit in my ear at all it just hangs on the outside.Turn your head and it looks like it's about to fall off. You can't bend the hook. You can't change its shape. It adjusts a bit but still doesn't fit without pain. The sound quality of the phone is very good. I can hear them, they hear m I better than most. Still, I like to listen to some music from time to time. The quality of the sound is depressing. The volume is about 40% lower than when making calls, even at maximum volume. It's not loud enough to hear anything clearly or block out background noise. That's not my phone. I have a Note 10+ and trust me it's loud enough with other cheaper devices. Conclusion: I paid $135 for this book, thinking it would be just as good because of the title. HA! Well it's a joke! Unfortunately they played a prank on me. It's not worth buying. Unless your ear is made of something unnatural and doesn't feel pain when pressed. The back of your ear will hurt. I had to wear it all day and that night I couldn't sleep on my right side. I couldn't wear on-ear headphones after that either. Now I gotta find a sucker who might need it. I know I will never use it again. Two days of pain was enough for me. I'll just keep buying cheaper models and replacing them as needed. Don't worry if you don't have an "ear of steel"! To be honest the best BT on-ears I have ever used were from Motorola and they no longer make this model. I've owned six of these over the years. Too bad manufacturers never listen to customer complaints or requests. This device will be in my truck and will probably be trampled on. This isn't a defect, it's just poor design, low quality, and lack of support. That is, if I can't find a sucker who likes pain!
