a mini hand pump will probably you to 70 psi on a 700 x 25 tube. you need to give shape to the inner tube after patching or replacing. then you need the co2 inflator to get decent pressure. tubeless, you need to plug up the hole and then you will need the c02 inflator to get volume and pressure for 700 x 40-45 or 650 x 47.
