I just want people to know that this fabric is too good for winemaking. It fits a 6.5 gallon fermenter but doesn't drain well enough to be used for large batches of wine. It holds the spice almost like a plastic bag, although it penetrates very slowly. This indicates problems with liquid inside the bag and outside the bag not mixing properly. This prevents your additives from mixing properly, especially when initially trying to set the specific gravity. If you can lift and hold more than 5 gallons of wort while it literally drips slowly until the wort runs out, do it. But I would recommend a net for winemaking.
