Works as expected in Tools and Equipment

I got this to charge the battery in my mower instead of always having the hood open. It can also fully charge my car batteries. If your car has a start-stop function, the engine will stall if it comes to a complete standstill. If this no longer works, the battery is probably not fully charged. that will fix it.
