Review on John Medeiros by Chris Reddick

My experience with the internet store run by John Medeiros was absolutely horrible. To begin, the quality of the assistance provided to customers was terrible. It took them more than a week to respond to the email I sent them regarding the measurement questions I had. When I did eventually get a response, it was a general one that didn't even attempt to answer the question that I had specifically asked. Second, the products themselves were of a very poor quality, which was a huge letdown. I recently bought a pair of shoes, and after only a few uses, the heel began to separate from the rest of the shoe. When I attempted to get in touch with the customer service staff once more, they did not respond and were of no assistance. Overall, I do not think John Medeiros is someone who would be beneficial to anyone. There is a plethora of competition in the form of additional online shops that provide items of higher quality and superior assistance to customers. This business is not worth your time or money; stay away from them.
