Long lasting but will hurt after a few hours.

There are no pads on the edges of the contact points so it hurts after a few hours. The earring is difficult to insert into the hole as it almost has to be broken to open the slot. It looks good and holds tight like dangling pieces without falling off. I needed one and now it's good.
