Review on E.L.F. Flawless Brightening Concealer, Illuminating & Highlighting Face Makeup, Conceals Dark Under Eye Circles, Light 23 C, 0.07 Fl Oz by Robert Cole

This is a nice concealer, especially if you like sheer concealers. The packaging is a little unusual, though, and makes it tricky to apply this in the under-eye area. This concealer is applied using an attached brush through with the concealer is dispensed. You have to shake the concealer down into the brush before applying it, and it doesn't always dispense easily. This can make it tricky to apply gently to the under-eye area, which is why I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5. It sometimes feels like it is pulling the skin under my eyes when I'm applying it, which is not good for delicate skin.UPDATE: I am changing my review from 4 to 5 stars because I've finally figured out how to dispense the concealer so that I have enough product on the brush to apply without tugging on my skin. The tube has a clickable bottom, and clicking it dispenses the concealer into the brush, making iit super easy to apply! This instruction might have been included on the packaging, but all I remember from the packaging was that it said to shake the tube to dispense the product into the brush, and you do have to shake the tube a few times, but after the concealer has been used a few times, a simple click on the button on the bottom is all it takes.And now that I can easily apply the product, this has become my go-to concealer. It is lightweight and transparent, but you can build the coverage to suit your preference - lighter for everyday use, and heavier for special occasions. It also does a beautiful job brightening the skin under my eyes. I love this product so much that I've added it to my "Auto-Delivery" orders!
