Very bright, better than halogen
I got the H1 Version of these LED bulbs. They are hard to find in a design that actually fits the H1 housing properly. These do not appear to have a fan and use just heatsink cooling to keep the bulbs temperature down but they don't flicker and they're very bright in projector housing fixtures.
