Review on ✨ Canon LiDE120 Color Image Scanner for Office Use by Justin Santiago

SAME DAY UPDATE: The first review was written about using it on my PC; I downloaded the drivers to my Macbook and the scanner works much better. I changed the star count to four because I enjoy using it through my Macbook much more. ORIGINAL REVIEW: While I don't use this often, when I need it a few times, it's been an incredible use of PITA. Because I use all USB ports on my computer and I don't even keep a USB hub connected. I plug it in and almost EVERY time I get a message that it's not activated (no manual activation). I disconnect and reconnect the included USB cable and I still get the same message. In addition, he has to reload the software almost every time. After five tries with the above cable I switched cables and finally after four to five tries it works. Would come back if I could. I didn't check with Canon support at first, but this window has closed. Technical support less than a year? Absurd.
