I like that they are always looking for ways of improving their products by adding new features or making existing ones more user friendly - this is very helpful when dealing with such an important tool within our business! There's nothing really i dislike about Userready at all right now. The customer service team have been great so far in solving any issues we've had as customers (and even those outside of working hours). We're currently using it mainly because its free software compared to other options out there but also due to how easy it was set up which made integration into my system very quick/easy once implemented. Data collection has become much quicker than previously taking several days per week instead of one full day each time.
