Love this product! I like to keep the cladding around my stone fireplace and have always done so, adding a bit of product here and there, but it's easy to miss an area where there might be a gap when it's small is. With this product you "paint over" all of the caulking and where it meets the roof and tiles so there are no missing spots - everything will be missed. The product is quite easy to apply - it's quite thick, but it lays down and is brushed off with a regular brush. I followed the directions and masked the roof and tiles with paint. Tape and then apply the product. After that, just remove the tape and you'll have an amazing looking job! The online instructions indicate a coverage area of 14-18 square meters. gallon size.
