Ordered and received the product a day earlier than my notifications from Revain, very nice. Opened, everything in order, goods of high quality. I also bought 3 sets of 6ft fiber optic cables to connect all my devices to the switch. I checked the equipment and made sure the optical audio is on so the signal is output to the switch. I turn on the receiver, turn on the PS4, turn on the switch, everything is fine for about a minute. No clicks, pops, nothing. Suddenly I have to unplug the dedicated cable, plug it back in and it keeps working. I've swapped cables and devices, made sure there's enough power (powered from the USB port of a nearby USB hub), and whichever port I'm using, the first time I boot I have to unplug and plug it back in. the cable I use, otherwise I have no sound. Otherwise great product, works as expected except I have to manually unplug/plug the cable for the device I'm using.
