Weird elastic all through the skirt
I am about a size 10-12 and 5'3. This dress hit the floor on me. It fit well other than the weird tiers on the skirt. They are all elastic and it fits a little odd. A dress is supposed to flow and I think the elastic is unnecessary. If I had more time to look for a costume I would return it. This will have to do. Oh I ordered a large.
