It's great. It's on the higher side, but I like it because you don't have to bend down to press. I don't worry about the child falling off as the harness is very secure. Hanging was very easy. I saw another comment in the review that it was one sided. But the ropes are so taut that you just rearrange them. This is very easy to understand. I wasn't sure if I should go with this swing or the toddler bucket. I'm so glad I chose this as it will last us longer. My baby is 5 months old, 15 pounds and can hold his head up almost unaided. This swing provides head support and can therefore be used much earlier than the bucket.
