The integration with Google Analytics has helped me track my clients' projects to create more accountability. I'm able to pull up the data when needed, and it is very user friendly. There seem to be some bugs or compatibility issues in adding new employees as we are creating a portal. It could be that this is not a problem at other companies, but our business model involves lots of turnover in the HR department. I would recommend trying this out to see if you can use it effectively. We've been using this since our first day in business last year and have found it to be simple to set up and effective in tracking time for our multiple staff members. It really gives us full visibility into where our time goes. I like how easy it is to use. There are many different modules that you can customize, from invoicing (to emailing) to time tracking. It's also great because some of my clients have issues with Excel macros or other programs they need to keep track of time through out the week/month. So far all has been good. Keeps them organized so there isn't any confusion when billing them at the end of each day.
