Also suitable for rack mounting.

I needed a way to mount the Garmin radar on the back of the rack because the backpack I put on the rack would block the radar if it was on a seat post would be installed. Even though the holes in the bracket didn't line up with the holes on the back of my Topeak rack, it still worked great thanks to the bracket's clamp feature. I didn't have to drill new holes. I used thread lock on all the screws to keep them from loosening. The bracket holds the radar very securely.
