Review on 16oz Black Pro-Style Boxing Gloves (PR) by David Butterfield

I've been going to the boxing studio for a year now. When I started I didn't know how long I would last with them, so I just slammed these gloves because of the price and brand awareness. After a few months of training I could see design flaws - these are loose around my ankles (even with longer bandages) and the velcro cuff is not strong and cannot be pulled around the wrist for more support. I used them for several months until I found a similarly priced pair of Titans that solved both of the problems I was having with these gloves. Bottom line: They'll work fine, but you'll likely want to upgrade them soon -- or you could just spend a few bucks more and be satisfied right out of the box.
