I like that they are professional, helpful guides to help set up my site with great directions! They even go above what we need and then some by helping us find other resources as well. Their customer service has been incredible too - always available via email or phone if ever needed during setup/troubleshooting issues. It's not hard at all once you get everything installed correctly (we had several technical people working through our installation process.) but it does take quite awhile so have patience when getting started because things will be slow until your entire team gets used to how each feature works and makes sense in their context of using this software tool across many sites (and departments). Once you figure out where exactly within the interface to click next step after clicking previous steps in order to make changes that were suggested, there isn't much trouble left once the system was fully configured and functioning properly without.
