Review on Gamepad Microsoft Xbox Series, 20th anniversary by Wiktor Prusek ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

For the sake of preventing more issues in the future, I strongly suggest that you immediately after purchasing the gamepad use the Accessories application in Windows 10 (you will need a USB type C connector in order to do this; the gamepad will not be seen if you do not have one). If you play games on a personal computer, then the killer features will be an adapter for it that is branded, which will allow you to output the sound of the game through the gamepad. This is particularly useful for first-person shooter games.

Pros
  • Excellent build quality The capability to swap sources (between a Bluetooth receiver and an Xbox set-top box adaptor) in a hurry. It is more comfortable to hold than the Xbox One. Superior-grade fabric for the body Connector for the new USB Type C standard Displays the current charge level in Windows (the previous one did not display this information).
Cons
  • Picky about old rechargeable batteries, the ones that worked on the old gamepad worked for a long time and were discharged to the end, but with this gamepad they do not live long because the voltage required by the gamepad is 1.5V, and the batteries are 1.2V, and with even a small discharge the gamepad thinks that the batteries have sat down and just won't turn on.
