This is a very well built massager. It comes with various accessories and a carrying case. It is extremely powerful - maybe even too powerful. Although I think he's well built, I have some issues with him; 1. All levels seemed about the same to me. So I felt like a bigger number. And it's powerful. Vibration is strong.2. There really weren't enough instructions. They were unclear. Need more information on when to use which tool and how to use it.3. The areas I used it on felt tighter and sore after use. But it may be my lack of skills with this.4. I made the mistake of sweeping a large bead across my jaw when using it on my neck about 15 minutes ago. Although it only grazed my jaw for a few seconds, my jaw really hurt and the pain pierced my face all the way to my ear. And unfortunately my neck feels worse.5. The base of the massager is quite heavy, but besides the weight, it feels good in the hand. After receiving this, my husband spoke to the clerk at the golf shop about these massagers. The man mentioned that he has this brand. He said his wife is a physical therapist and they both think it's a great tool. Overall, I'll probably try again, but be careful not to use it near my neck or face. It is very durable. I think it can be useful if used properly. I will definitely be a lot more careful with him. I wish the directions were better.
