Great app! It helps me organise my meetings, events and conferences.
A great product. It helps organise my meetings, events and conferences. With this tool I can schedule multiple types of meetings, share agendas, manage RSVPs, send notifications, post photos and many other things. I use it for personal reasons, too - i.e. to book trips, find a restaurant, check flights etc. And it works great for that purpose. But it's also used professionally. I've found a few bugs and small usability problems, which are now being fixed. For example, sometimes you get no response if you try to log into your account, so you have to wait until someone gets back to you. This was pretty annoying when you're trying to get in touch with the person who manages your account. Other than that, it's fine.
Pros
- You can organise meetings, plan trips and events, and create your own customised schedules.
- Easy-to-use scheduling app, designed specifically for people who don't want to spend their time learning complicated features.
- Can be accessed from any browser and on any device
Cons
- A couple of small bugs here and there, mostly with online functionality.
- There is no easy way to download them as an Excel file or anything like that.
- It only works on desktop/laptop computers
