This is a great product and definitely one of my favorite cotton fabrics I've ever used. If you've never tried using spongy textured cotton, you should definitely give it a try. I have sensitive skin, but because it retains so much moisture, it's great for makeup removal and/or as an alternative to a face mask with my favorite skincare line. I was a little worried about how the product would be delivered based on the previous reviews. My order arrived at my East Coast home from California via USPS with product packaging fully intact. It was in a fairly sturdy box, which must have helped, and seemed to have been handled with care. If you think about it, there's nothing the seller can do about how USPS or other companies handle their shipments. So it could be a gamble. Which, of course, is unfortunate, but again, this is not the fault of the seller. This 5 pack should last about a year. I am grateful for the convenience of this seller!
