The lightbulb worked and waited in the twilight.
I have a dusk to dawn light that has started turning on and off intermittently. I decided to check if the bulb was the problem before spending more money on a brand new light fixture. I put this bulb in a few weeks ago and it fixed the problem and appears to be identical to the bulb it replaced.
