The interface is very easy for any user, even newbies can use it without problems. I've been able to add my own filters/queries since version 1 (I'm currently with 3).The automatic updates are something that every app should have! It's so simple but powerful at the same time - perfect solution for small companies where everyone has his tasks assigned within an excel sheet format like myself. If your office is big enough this could be difficult because of all the employees who don't know how to navigate through web apps normally used as desktop ones; however if you think there will only ever be one person working inside the application then go ahead otherwise try other features available out-of-the-box which are worth checking before deciding whether they're good suits.
