Poor design does not allow enough coffee in the Pod
This just doesn't hold as much coffee as needed with the design of the pod that Keurig requires. It may be a Keurig issue, but I returned the pod. Now I'm just using the Solofil as a grinder. Totally defeats the purpose.

- Refilling the brewer with coffee grounds can be messy and time-consuming, which may discourage some users from using the product regularly
