My physical education background includes primarily riding, skiing, and sporadic use of home workout equipment. In particular, I was seeking for a monitoring watch to record GPS tracks for skiing and riding. Practice has shown that using a smartphone to record tracks is generally problematic. For one thing, it is not always convenient to use a smartphone (especially in cold weather), and for another, even when the "don't upload to save power" option is selected, the operating system will still remove track recording applications from memory. started to look for choices. I read through several evaluations again and realized that regular smart watches aren't really useful for physical education. Not because the watch is awful, but rather due to the listed flaws, which are generally not serious, I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. I paid 19,000 in June 2022 (with a 10% reduction using a discount card). In general, a very good and useful sports equipment for those who participate in physical education and comprehend why it is required. I suggest this for hours of satisfaction.

- 1) [REALLY IMPOSSIBLE] Every interchangeable dial in the "just watch" mode has some sort of flaw: There is not a single dial that is both lovely and functional (such that all indications are easily seen and intelligible) at the same time. All dials are more or less clunky. A majority of replaceable dials only show the day and the day of the week; b) the reading numbers are either too little, too huge, or some readings are not displayed. d) The current date with a month (particularly a year) and both seconds are not displayed on a single interchangeable dial. c) Numerous dials have an unsuitable font for numbers (too curved tails and sticks; as a result, the numerals 5 and 6 appear to be the same size, for example). 2) [REALLY IMPOSSIBLE] The readings on the pedometer cannot be reset or linked to the beginning of a workout. Daily steps are precisely counted from 0 to 24 hours. 3) [REALLY INCONVENIENT] I checked with a heart rate monitor with a chest sensor, and the values are "delayed" by 5–10 seconds. 4) [NO THREAT] Although this is advantageous for pressing on the hand for a more accurate heart rate monitor, the stock strap is overly soft and elastic, which makes it difficult to secure and unfasten.
