I have several USB-C hubs for use with a MacBook Air and many recent Dell laptops. I have so many hubs because some had heating issues, they got hot when used and that worries me. But this MOKIN USB C Hub does not have this problem and works well. It was recognized instantly on both Mac and PC, Ethernet output is very fast, USB transfers work well, and USB-C pass-through is a huge plus for me. This was the feature I wanted in the new hub so that a PC with a USB-C port would be available with this hub. I initially used it for power, but have since hooked up other USB-C devices. The HDMI output works as advertised, the only feature this hub lacks is a DisplayPort output (no VGA as I don't need it) . Looking for a hub with one or more display out ports is my next search (at a reasonable price). But this USB-C hub is one of the best for the price.
