I had high hopes for these products but they didn't hold up. Great idea, bad execution. I got this thing to give me the best of Goxlr and streaming deck in a smaller and cheaper form factor. But it doesn't do anything I expected. My main reason for doing this was to split the audio channels on my computer. It never does this, but instead manages individual controls in selected applications that are currently running (if supported). As a result, I can't adjust the volume of my chat or game without affecting the streaming audio output. There was no audio routing. As for the touch screen. Only compatible apps will work if you don't know how to create macros and what not. Very cumbersome and not user friendly. You need a degree to understand how to customize pages, buttons, knobs, etc. Very complicated. I gave 2 stars because I want to believe this product can be good, but it's currently out of stock, at least for streamers. I came back, pulled out my wallet and got a Goxlr deck and stream.$$$
