A little drop or two will restore most tones. I've used it on Sculpey III, Premo, Fimo, Cernit. Very little is needed, one bottle will likely last most people for years. I had 2 polymer clay products - Fimo Effect and Professional Fimo that took more than a drop and just turned into a mess - still crumbly but all smeared and sticky. still difficult and impracticable. I used to try warming them up a bit and using my pasta maker and using the conditioner was my last try. I think those clay bags were just junk.
