This scooter is a game changer! Made for body contouring and lymphatic drainage, suitable for breaking up compacted fat, scar tissue or adhesions, I find the roller useful for applying sustained constant pressure that really uses its own weight over a large area, or harnessing your children's energy into one rewarding activity. Ideal for hips and back, sides, thighs and abs, but a little too big for shoulders, arms, neck, chest, calves or feet. A cup is especially helpful for doing the same thing on my stomach, but my grip is rough from a crack in the wood. This is not a muscle massager and is not helpful for trigger points.
