Review on TREBLAB X5 Wireless Microphone with Bluetooth Connectivity by Maurice Morris

Well I wrote a previous review where I was disappointed because they didn't fit my ear. Shortly after this post, Dennis/Senior Customer Service Agent contacted me immediately. He apologized and said he wanted to make things right. So he sent me different sizes of covers that I hoped would fit my ear and actually [stay] in my ear. It worked! So I put them on so I could listen to my jams while walking my dog. Now only ONE bud works at a time. So I replied to Trelab and they again responded quickly with step-by-step instructions on how to re-pair the headphones. It did not work. So I contacted Trelab again and again they came through! They said they would send me a new pair of headphones. It just shows that this company stands behind their products! Customer service, lost policy, that's what I thought. I will NOT hesitate to buy this company's products again! Thank you Dennis / Senior Customer Service Agent! hp Yes, I'm a real paying customer!
