Review on ChargeHub X7 Charging SmartSpeed Technology by Beth Brooks

Cool little device but the charging cable is very thin, I noticed that straight away and tried not to kink or twist it. But the cables that go into the plastic casing on the power supply/plug fell apart and now I can't use it. This is after less than 3 months of gentle use where I've usually left it in one place. This is quite a large power supply, and with such a small cross-section of cable, it simply requires a disconnect, which is what happened. Update: Around the time I posted this review, I wrote to the company to explain the situation. They immediately sent a replacement and a return label to send the old one back. The cable is just as flimsy, but I just don't put it anywhere now. I will be upgrading my rating from 2 to 3 stars given the excellent customer service. As cool as it looks, the round shape of this device also means that the charging cables will bend if you're not careful. If you don't have room to stretch the spoke cables, you'll either break the hub's charging cable or the cables going to your devices. Next time I'll use the built-in installation. Too bad.
