It also helps you track what was created versus who approved it so there's less chance of someone else approving something without your knowledge if they haven't been involved before.

I wish we could use this tool from our mobile devices instead but at least its helpful being able to access via computer/laptop while out & about which makes life easier than having all those files laying around somewhere unorganized like my desk top area.
