I would say they are good and work. I would give them 3 1/2 stars if possible but I will round up to 4. They aren't as strong as I thought they would be, but they are well weighted at the base so they can withstand most conditions. We use them, one on each side of our driveway, to make our driveway more visible when people start parking all the way down the street to attend a nearby college football game. A few times people blocked or tried to block our driveway and the cones clearly indicate this is the driveway. They also have reflective material around them, so they are easily visible in headlights at night. A bit of a disappointment were the small lights. They just don't work. Maybe the batteries are dead (didn't try to replace) or not working at all. However, the cones are visible without light. So unless you really seriously want the little lights to work, these cones do most of the work of being highly visible cones, and as I said, even without the lights, the reflective material still makes them visible. Inexpensive way to mark access roads. And they break down so they're easy to store.
