I remember the early Teflon pans. They were terrible. After throwing away my first set, I resolved to use only cast iron or stainless steel. I saw advertising for the Ninja Foodie pans and after decades, decided to try non-stick again. Wow, what an improvement! I started out with a set of three frying pans, and loved everything about them. Then I noticed this muffin pan, and decided to order it. It is great! It's heavy and substantial and the non-stick surface is totally slippery. I cleans up like a dream. I hope they bring out a full range of baking pans. A bundt cake pan would be great!
