Not Impressed good for me
Maybe it was user error but these pans are not the business. I used them to make Japanese cheesecake and despite the 4 layers of foil i coated them with batter not only leaked out but water got into the pan. Perhaps i need to make a heavier cake in them next time but the seals on these things are garbage. But overall I didn’t really have any problems with the non stick coating but cleaning the cracks and crevices afterward was a bit of a pain.
