I like that EPG has been able to connect me directly through my recruiter for each interview! The process can be slow but it's worth waiting because you know your candidate will get top consideration once they are hired by another employer or in this case an agency working independently from themself (recruiting).

It gives us peace knowing we've done all our due diligence before sending out resumes/CVs as well helping candidates find work quickly when needed most which helps keep their confidence up during tough times at home etc..
