The product is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.
Despite the fact that I am not very massive in build (but am 180 inches tall), the chair is incredibly comfy. I would have given the mechanism five stars if it weren't for a flaw. Although I am aware that every product has a different percentage of flaws, it's still a waste of my time and effort (you'll have to disassemble it, pack it, and transport the bulky box to the return location) and I should probably search for another product as the price has increased by 5,000 since I made the initial purchase. Not what you'd expect from a $35k (before to price hike) product
- materials quality, aesthetic, and comfort
- Backlash in the armrests (not significant; I was aware of it because it wasn't just in my copy) the system that puts the back in its original place after being moved. Due to some sort of friction in the mechanism itself, it cannot return on its own. I will offer a refund if I am unable to fix the issue on my own.
